It’s been a busy year for us at Antenna, and a great one to be sure. From new clients and consultants to an expanded internal team and lots of Good Works, we have so much to be grateful for.

We’ve been able to expand our reach and work with some new great clients in 2017. We love helping businesses work with top consultants, and helping new companies utilize on-demand resources for the first time. Shout out to our great business development team for establishing these relationships and bringing new opportunities to our community of marketers.

We wouldn't be able to serve all our clients without our amazing team of consultants. We continue to be grateful for the incredible talent that comes to us, and are tremendously proud of the work our consultants do every day. They are the heart of what we do, and we couldn’t be happier to work with each of them.

This year we’ve been able to expand our internal team, which has allowed us to engage all the new clients and serve more consultants with unique opportunities. In addition to expanding our staff, we also assembled our Consultant Experience team to make sure that our consultants get the best care and support while they’re on assignment.  As we grow and change, we’re getting the right people in the right seats and making sure that everyone loves what they do and has room to grow. 

When looking back at 2017, over the changes to our internal team, the amazing clients we get to work with, and our outstanding consultants, we can’t forget the Good Work that is happening behind the scenes. For every hour our consultants work, Antenna donates a meal to a Minnesota family in need. One for one, it’s that simple. We also have quarterly volunteering sessions with Second Harvest Heartland to pack meals for those in need. This is the second year of our Good Works program, and we’re well on our way to our goal of donating 1,000,000 meals by 2020. To date, we’ve been able to donate 345,405 meals – that’s enough to feed 17 families in each county of Minnesota, for the entire month of December. Thanks for all that you do to support this work and make a difference in your community.

In looking ahead to 2018, we are excited about the future of work and how people can do work they love in new and exciting ways. We continue to be amazed by the smart, innovative, hard-working marketers we get to work with, and the great clients who continue to infuse their business with these valuable resources.

Most of all, we’re grateful to you (yes, you!) for your support. We wouldn’t be here without you! Thanks for making 2017 such a banner year for us. Happy holidays, from all of us!
