We are now offering our clients executive search and direct placement services in addition to consulting services, interim leadership, and staff augmentation. The addition of an Executive Search practice, formalizes a current capability the company has provided for many years, which offers direct placement services to clients and senior-level marketing talent.

The talent landscape is shifting in ways it never has before. As marketing teams are trying to keep up in this ever-changing market, leaders are assembling teams in many different ways. 

We’re happy to expand our services, while holding true to our mission of providing marketers on demand. “We know people turn to Antenna as an expert in the marketing talent space, and now we can offer this new solution to clients, while engaging talent for all types of situations - direct placement, interim leadership, consulting services, and staff augmentation,” explained Founder and CEO Brendon Schrader. “We’ve seen a significant increase in the number of clients seeking help with direct placement, and this practice allows us to leverage our expertise in finding the right resources they need at the right time, and engage our talent pool for all different types of work opportunities.” 

With the realities of the current tight talent market, we’ve also seen our community of marketers changing. Savvy marketers are considering many different options as they look at their career, and are moving between contract, consulting, and permanent roles. This can make it challenging for corporations to find and engage the right kind of talent when they need it. By expanding into direct placement, Antenna will be able to provide more value and options to our talent community, as well as our clients. 

“Formalizing an executive search practice is a natural extension of what we do – we’ve already helped many clients with direct placement needs, so what’s truly new for Antenna is our investment in building an established practice, and we’ve hired Jules Melbye, a seasoned practice leader to help support and grow this area of our business," said Schrader. 

We’re pleased to introduce Jules Melbye as Antenna’s new Director of Executive Search. Jules’ extensive experience in the executive search business along with her in-depth experience with marketing talent makes her the perfect leader to join the Antenna team to expand this service offering and serve this marketing community in new and exciting ways.
