Brendon started Antenna to reinvent how marketing companies get work done. By investing in the human element of the business, he created a new model for solving tough problems in industries from technology to consumer products. Prior to Antenna, Brendon honed his marketing chops at organizations including 3M and the NBA.
The skillful leader of our big picture, Jennifer helps Antenna build a people-centered company that can grow without losing its soul. After years as a senior strategist (to Best Buy, AmEx and Allstate to name a few), she joined Antenna to make the biggest impact of her career, in sync with her diverse priorities from family to community service.
Erik oversees our sales and talent recruitment teams, the twin engines of Antenna’s business. He joins us from a large consulting firm where he helped clients with marketing data- and technology-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience. Now he applies his energy and acumen to position us for a second decade of sustainable growth.
Marie keeps Antenna happily humming, working diligently behind the scenes to manage consultant onboarding, time-tracking, billing, benefits, and on and on. As our go-to for everything from HR to operations to birthday celebrations, her can-do energy is highly valued by people in every department.

Christina is an all-around connector. Her firm grasp of her clients’ needs and culture lead to strategies that succeed beyond just meeting metrics. With professional stripes earned at companies like Target and SALO, she generously shares her insight and network with our colleagues and our clients, lifting all boats.
Talent Development Director
Robin’s goal is simple: help everyone at Antenna grow and improve. For her, linking people to projects is deeply personal. From conversation one, she gets to know our consultants with perspective gained from years at top marketing organizations. A devoted volunteer and host, Robin lives to make life better for others, on the job and off.
Client Development Manager
Jen is a savvy and energetic problem-solver for our clients, smoothing the path from marketing challenge to Antenna solution. Her own marketing journey has taken her all over, from brand events to sales planning for Callaway Golf and the PGA tour. At Antenna, she nurtures the insider understanding and relationships we need to help companies evolve and grow.
Christina serves as our lead consultant for our new marketing automation practice. With deep experience with Marketo and Salesforce, Christina helps our clients take their marketing automation efforts to the next level. Her expertise ranges from tool evaluation, implementation and managing lead generation activities to implementing and optimizing lead scoring and nurturing programs.
Talent Experience Manager
Kelsey is at the center of our talent team. As the owner of the talent experience inside of Antenna, she ensures that every candidate that engages with our firm gets the personal attention they deserve. As a product marketer turned talent advocate, she understands both who we are and the marketers we serve.
Drake keeps us focused on the numbers. He’s our resident CPA and makes sure our financial operations are running smoothly. Drake honed his accounting chops inside RSM McGladrey, a global advisory firm. But he’s not all business; just ask him about his rock band.
With an infectious personality and an effortless ability to connect with both clients and consultants alike, Britt is an invaluable resource on our account team. Her extensive background in client management and talent recruiting has shaped her passion for helping individuals realize their professional goals and connecting them to work they love.
A former digital strategist for McCann Minneapolis with an eye for detail, a knack for writing, and a passion for helping others, Melina now spearheads Antenna’s marketing efforts. Her goal is to ensure Antenna remains at the center of the marketing community, leading the way for the new world of flexible and on-demand work.

Amy brings a solid background of leadership roles within strategy, innovation, and merchandising from companies such as Best Buy and Bluestem Brands. A merchant by training, Amy loves to work with anything that involves retail, consumer buying behaviors, and the customer experience. Her energy is contagious – it’s what keeps her going on the ski hill and staying active with her family.

Erin brings her warm energy and love of connection to her work with our clients. As an attorney turned start-up video content marketer, she has a history of spotting client needs quickly and uncovering unique story-telling opportunities to help clients engage audiences. And if you really want to get her talking, just ask about her love of yoga.
Kate is our resident superhero. Not only does she keep the entire office running smoothly with her calm demeanor, she does it all with a bright smile and a charming British accent. Kate hopped across the pond three years ago and brings with her an extensive background in executive administration across a variety of creative industries in the United Kingdom.
Stephanie comes to us from the non-profit world, and most recently worked with a literary publisher in Minneapolis. She has spent a lot of her professional life being curious, reading, writing, and editing, and is excited to bring these skills to build our content marketing efforts at Antenna. After hours, you’ll probably find her up north or making art with her friends.
