Brendon Schrader

Founder and Ceo
Brendon started Antenna to reinvent how marketing companies get work done. By investing in the human element of the business, he created a new model for solving tough problems in industries from technology to consumer products. Prior to Antenna, Brendon honed his marketing chops at organizations including 3M and the NBA.

Jennifer Laible

The skillful leader of our big picture, Jennifer helps Antenna build a people-centered company that can grow without losing its soul. After years as a senior strategist (to Best Buy, AmEx and Allstate to name a few), she joined Antenna to make the biggest impact of her career, in sync with her diverse priorities from family to community service.

Erik Voge

Managing Director
Erik oversees our sales and talent recruitment teams, the twin engines of Antenna’s business. He joins us from a large consulting firm where he helped clients with marketing data- and technology-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience. Now he applies his energy and acumen to position us for a second decade of sustainable growth.

Marie Oberle

Operations Director
Marie keeps Antenna happily humming, working diligently behind the scenes to manage consultant onboarding, time-tracking, billing, benefits, and on and on. As our go-to for everything from HR to operations to birthday celebrations, her can-do energy is highly valued by people in every department.

Christina Tibesar

Client Development Director
Christina is an all-around connector. Her firm grasp of her clients’ needs and culture lead to strategies that succeed beyond just meeting metrics. With professional stripes earned at companies like Target and SALO, she generously shares her insight and network with our colleagues and our clients, lifting all boats.

Amy Ryan

Client Development Director
Amy brings a solid background of leadership roles within strategy, innovation, and merchandising from companies such as Best Buy and Bluestem Brands. A merchant by training, Amy loves to work with anything that involves retail, consumer buying behaviors, and the customer experience. Her energy is contagious – it’s what keeps her going on the ski hill and staying active with her family.

Emily Koski

Client Development Director
Emily is a natural connector and is driven by watching others succeed. Her infectious energy is eager to help and support, and shines through in every interaction. A former entrepreneur in the beauty industry, Emily knows how to seize opportunity and build relationships. After hours she uses her incredible energy to log running miles and ski with her family.

Tricia Varner

Client Development Director
Tricia comes to Antenna after over a decade of experience serving a local performance marketing agency. She is excited to be building upon the momentum of our consulting services practice, developing partnerships with local businesses to help solve complex marketing needs through our pool of expert consultants. After hours, Tricia spends time adventuring through the great outdoors with her family.

Jules Melbye

Director of Executive Search
Jules is a networker by nature. Her decade of search experience with McKinley Group and SkyWater Search and her in-depth experience with marketing talent make Jules the perfect person for all of Antenna's direct placement offerings. When she's not making new connections, she loves traveling with her husband and keeping up with her five grown children and young grandson.

Robin’s goal is simple: help everyone at Antenna grow and improve. For her, linking people to projects is deeply personal. From conversation one, she gets to know our consultants with perspective gained from years at top marketing organizations. A devoted volunteer and host, Robin lives to make life better for others, on the job and off.

Rachael Jackson-Leidig

Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Stemming from her experience in HR, Rachael has a gift for connecting with people and understanding their needs and ambitions. She is excited to bring her full-cycle recruiting background and her passion for building meaningful connections to Antenna's Talent Team. When she's not talking to the city's best marketers, you can catch her teaching yoga or kayaking the St. Croix.

Gordie Bradbury

Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Gordie has a natural passion for creating new relationships and working to achieve a common goal. He comes at Antenna from US Bank where he worked in consumer banking. When he's not connecting top-tier marketers with their next opportunity, Gordie can often be found at a local theater soaking up his love of live music, and finds great joy in riding his bike, traveling, and camping.

Annette Ahnemann

Business Operations Coordinator
Annette straddles the aisle between Client Development and Operations, supporting multiple Antenna team members. After over a decade in Human Resources and Sales support, as well as office operations, she's the perfect person to keep everything running smoothly. She is also the proud mother of two twenty-something children and one incredibly annoying cat.

Drake Friesen

Staff Accountant
Drake keeps us focused on the numbers. He’s our resident CPA and makes sure our financial operations are running smoothly. Drake honed his accounting chops inside RSM McGladrey, a global advisory firm. But he’s not all business; just ask him about his rock band.

Kate Kennedy

Executive Assistant
Kate is our resident superhero. Not only does she keep the entire office running smoothly with her calm demeanor, she does it all with a bright smile and a charming British accent. Kate hopped across the pond three years ago and brings with her an extensive background in executive administration across a variety of creative industries in the United Kingdom.
